Caddo Adult Drug Court

The 1st Judicial District Adult Drug Court program strives to reduce offender abuse and addictions to alcohol and/or other drugs. An intensive outpatient treatment program, it serves clients who have been referred by the 1st Judicial District Adult Drug Court judges and probation officers.

The program aims to decrease criminal activity related to addictions. This long-term, graduated treatment is supervised by a Caddo Parish judge.

Program components include:

• Group and individual counseling
• Educational and/or employment opportunities
• 12-step recovery meetings
• Judicial and probation supervision
• Frequent and random drug testing
• Sanctions and incentives as mandated
